His extensive career spans roles in program and service delivery, marketing, fundraising, and leadership across both national and local non-profits. A native of Luxemburg, Wisconsin, Thomas now resides in De Pere with his wife, Amanda, and their three children. In his free time, he enjoys being out on the water, playing golf, visiting National Parks, and attending his children's activities.
