Tammy Rupiper brings a collaborative, client-focused approach to accounting, with a passion for helping business owners achieve their goals in ways that fit their unique needs. She enjoys working alongside clients to find practical solutions and build confidence in their financial processes.
Tammy earned her B.A. in Communication Processes from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay before returning to school to pursue a degree in Accounting from NWTC. Her career began in the nonprofit sector, where she held a variety of roles and later transitioned into accounting-focused positions. Throughout her time in nonprofit organizations, Tammy played a key role in supporting teams that successfully raised millions of dollars in funding and grants. She also developed a strong appreciation for audits, compliance, and the satisfaction of keeping everything balanced and in order.
Tammy joined TMS Financial in February 2023, where she focuses on payroll and a range of accounting services. She has built strong relationships with clients and often serves as a trusted resource for questions related to payroll, payroll taxes, and employee management, including workforce growth and expansion.
Outside of work, Tammy’s life centers around her family – especially her three grandchildren, who hold a special place in her heart. She enjoys staying active in their lives by coaching their soccer teams and supporting their involvement in various community and recreational activities.
