Tammy Baldwin is passionate about providing personalized tax and accounting solutions that meet each client’s unique needs. She enjoys building strong relationships with clients and helping them navigate financial and tax matters with confidence through practical guidance and dependable support.
Tammy earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Lakeland College and also holds an Associate Degree from NWTC. She is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS and a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor, bringing extensive knowledge and experience to both individual and business clients.
Before joining TMS Financial, Tammy worked in the banking industry and gained private accounting experience across several industries, including HVAC, construction, and architectural-engineering firms. This diverse background allows her to understand the unique challenges and opportunities businesses face across different sectors.
Tammy joined TMS Financial in November 2005 as a Senior Accountant and QuickBooks ProAdvisor. She specializes in preparing business and individual tax returns while offering customized accounting and tax solutions tailored to each client’s goals and preferences. In addition, she provides QuickBooks and accounting training and assists clients with setting up new businesses.
Outside of work, Tammy enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, bird watching, and gardening.
