Sandra Matthews is passionate about ensuring clients receive timely, efficient, and friendly service whenever they interact with TMS Financial. She takes pride in helping clients feel supported and valued while assisting with a variety of day-to-day operations across the firm.
Sandra earned her Associate Degree in Accounting from NWTC and brings a diverse background in office administration and client service to her role. Prior to joining TMS Financial, she worked as an Office Manager and Chiropractic Assistant for five years, as well as serving in accounts receivable and accounts payable positions within the healthcare and transportation industries. These experiences helped her develop strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Sandra joined TMS Financial in December 2020 and focuses on answering phones, assisting the accounting department, and coordinating the delivery of tax returns to clients. Her dependable support and positive attitude help contribute to a smooth and welcoming client experience.
Outside of work, Sandra enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark, and their eight grandchildren. She also enjoys staying active, winter trips to Arizona, and spending time boating.
