Samantha O’Hearn is dedicated to creating a positive, organized, and welcoming experience for clients at TMS Financial. As an Administrative Professional, she plays a key role in front desk operations, client communication, scheduling, and document coordination – helping ensure that daily workflows run smoothly across the team.
Since joining TMS Financial in January 2025, Samantha has become a reliable point of contact for both clients and colleagues. She assists with managing incoming paperwork, organizing files, and keeping processes on track – especially during the fast-paced tax season. Known for her attention to detail and strong organizational skills, Samantha takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family and staying active. She and her husband play softball in the summer, and much of their time is spent traveling for their sons’ sporting events, including basketball and boxing. They also enjoy time at their lake house and being outdoors – boating, fishing, and snowmobiling. Their yellow lab, Dallas, is always along for the fun. Samantha is also an avid sports fan who enjoys following baseball, basketball, and football.
