Kristofer Mlinar is passionate about building strong, people-centered organizations where employees feel empowered, supported, and inspired to do their best work. For Kristofer, investing in people is key to driving meaningful client outcomes and long-term organizational success.
Kristofer earned his degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Throughout his career, he has served in a variety of leadership roles across multiple service industries, gaining experience in accounting, compliance, finance, information technology, insurance, marketing, operations, sales, transportation, and all areas of human resources. This broad background allows him to bring a well-rounded, strategic perspective to his work.
He joined TMS Financial in September 2022, initially focused on enhancing the firm’s Human Resources function. Since then, his role has expanded to include leadership in IT, operations, and project management, where he continues to drive initiatives that support both employees and the overall growth of the organization.
Outside of work, Kristofer enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children, staying active with sports, school activities, and family events. As a family, they share a love of travel and value the opportunity to explore new places and create lasting memories together—including trips to Disney.
