She enjoys helping clients feel supported and cared for by coordinating appointments, answering questions, and ensuring smooth communication throughout their experience with the team. Jessica is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, building strong relationships, and contributing to an organized and friendly office environment.
Before joining TMS Financial, Jessica gained valuable experience in both the mortgage industry and client care services. She worked as a Corporate Loan Processor and TPO Wholesale Loan Coordinator, where she managed loan documentation, coordinated communication between clients and underwriting teams, and helped ensure compliance throughout the lending process. She also worked as an in-home caregiver with Home Instead, where she developed strong communication, compassion, and client service skills while providing personalized support to individuals and families.
Jessica joined TMS Financial in November 2022 and assists with front office operations, client scheduling, phone and email communication, and helping ensure clients receive exceptional service from start to finish.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys cooking, spending time with family, and creating lasting memories with her three children and two grandchildren. She values quality family time and appreciates the simple moments that bring loved ones together.
