Debra joined TMS Financial in 2009, bringing with her more than a decade of management experience as well as a strong entrepreneurial perspective gained through operating a family-owned business with her husband. Her strong commitment to customer service, communication, and teamwork quickly set her apart, leading to advancement through several key leadership roles before ultimately becoming President of the firm.
As President, Debra oversees the day-to-day operations across the firm’s four office locations. She plays a key role in guiding staff development, strengthening internal processes, and ensuring the firm continues to operate in alignment with its mission, values, and long-term vision. Debra is dedicated to fostering a collaborative workplace culture while maintaining the high level of service clients have come to expect from TMS Financial.
Debra brings a strong combination of efficiency, leadership and positivity to the workplace, while remaining focused on supporting the firm’s continued growth and long-term vision. Under her leadership, TMS Financial is dedicated to delivering proactive, customized tax and financial solutions paired with an exceptional client experience.
